You Stick With Remote Work

You should know that remote work is not for everyone, and it's a concept that can't be trendy. Working from home is for people who have the original mentality of separating between professional work and personal life. As an average worker, you shouldn't do your work with your family, friends, wife, or girlfriend, between your children, and have your smartphone which is a lot of distraction nowadays. Just first gain the mentality and personality of a professional separating between both, and then stick with a remote job if that is more productive for you. Be the one who can do it, then do it.

You Think About Work During The Commute

Do you know that your commute can be the most effective way to give your mind a gift of well-being?
your commute should be the time to enjoy the freedom of being off the clock and ruminate about the stressful situation during the day. The only problem when you think about your work during a commute is magnifying stress levels so it can be way higher on your shoulders.
Use your commute as a powerful transition time. There are lots of insightful ideas to do so, like listening to your favorite music, productive podcasts, or even meditating using deep breaths.
Enjoy the clock-off times and sense the calmness of those moments.

You deeply think about difficult co-workers

It's normal to seek some emotional support when you deal with co-workers who have difficult personalities to deal with. But what is not normal is to think about them and feel more stressed because of them during the day. You should always remind yourself that you don't have to think about them during your off days, vacation, or commute time. This is your time, your mind's time, your body's time, your well-being time. Don't make your water black because of a word said by a difficult co-worker. You will not change them after all.

You worry about work instead of relaxing

If you are a working-from-home person, you will normally encounter some stress and worry about it during your days of clock-off times. If you are a creative and productive person who enjoys getting new ideas for your work problems, and that kind of brainstorming does not make you nervous, it might be a problem. But if the problem reaches your soul at a high level making you hardly sleep, and can't sleep at night due to the deep thinking about working stress, there is a problem. You need to do 2 things about that. Those are from lots of strategies I do as I am a Work-From-home man and write lots of articles every day. If I were you, I would treat myself as 2 people. one for work, and have 100% focus during my work time, getting insightful ideas, solving lots of problems, and releasing lots of stressful situations during my work. The other one has 100% focus, and well-being in my personal life. My hobbies, my studies, My family and my loved ones. All of that has a right to take a big part of my heart and enjoy some enjoyable moments with them. The second thing I would do is make a to-do list that includes all my work tasks and another list that includes all tasks for tomorrow's work. So during my clock-off time, I am not worrying about my job. I have already shut down everything and ended the chain of work with that last list.
